National Union-Israel Beteinu

Don't give terror a state

Palestinian Statehood

Absolutely rejects the idea of a Palestinian state between Israel and the Hashmite Kingdom of Jordan on ideological, historic and security grounds.

Peace Process

Views the voluntary transfer of the Palestinian population to neighboring Arab countries (particularly Jordan with its 60% majority Palestinian population) as the only sustainable solution to the crisis in the Middle East. Bases validity of this stance on historic precedents such as massive populations exchanges that occurred between Pakistan and India at the end of British colonial rule of the area in 1947.

Jerusalem

The National Union-Israel Beteinu party views Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish People and the State of Israel. The city should never be divided again, nor shall its status be altered as a result of negotiations or international involvement.

Israeli Communities in the Territories (Settlements)

Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip should be annexed into Israel and settlement should expand. Arabs choosing to remain in these areas would become full citizens of Israel - with all the ensuing obligations, including army service.

Demographic Issues

National Union-Israel Beteinu is keenly concerned with the demographic issues facing Israel. As such it supports massive Jewish immigration to Israel and the voluntary transfer of the Palestinians in the territories to Arab states. The party views these steps as the only way to maintain the demographic balance in Israel, preserving its Jewish character, territorial integrity and basic security needs.

Economy & Social Welfare

Supports a free-market economy and the continued dissolution of anachronistic socialist economic institutions.

Religion & State

Favors the continuation of the status quo.
